Hi! I am Coley (a.k.a. Nicole)! Southern grown, Irish known! I love food! It is no mystery that I started my journey in this life as a foodie with a foodie body (Fuller than FULL figure). Thirteen years later, one Gastric bypass surgery, two kids, a man, and a almost visit to the GREAT KITCHEN IN THE SKY, I have realized that God (as I see Him) has given me a talent and an opportunity to share with YOU (my community, my family, my friends, and my foodies) my love for cakes and confections! Welcome ALL to Coley's Cakes & Confections! Remember a very wise Proverb tells us, "We may cast the lot, but the Lord determines where they land." (Proberbs 16:33) And we need not foget what the brillaint Irish have said about food, "Laughter is brightest where food is the best."

This is not to say that your Coley has SOUL...no...quite the opposite. Nicole, your Coley, the baker, has no rhythm and is clumsy. But she does have a soul! Coley's Cakes & Confections are HOME GROWN! Born and bred in the Sweet South (Cartersville, Georgia to be exact), Nicole makes it a point to buy locally! Farmer's markets are a favorite!
